Loving Myself

I'm Nisa. I thought I'd make some life-style changes as I have been feeling rather stressed out at work and have not been eating right recently...

I feel I have put on at least 8 pounds extra this year. Clothes I could wear last year don't feel right anymore and I can see some unattractive flab now around my waist. I seriously need to get rid of that.

I want to fit into those low-rise pants again without having my tummy hang over the waist-line, and I want to wear ...

I feel I have put on at least 8 pounds extra this year. Clothes I could wear last year don't feel right anymore and I can see some unattractive flab now around my waist. I seriously need to get rid of that.

I want to fit into those low-rise pants again without having my tummy hang over the waist-line, and I want to wear those skinny jeans I bought last year... Of course, I'd want to achieve all that healthily so I don't end up hurting myself.

Overall, I'd like to give myself a total make-over and feel good about myself more, while enjoying every day of my life...

My Goals:

My Program:
Nutrition:
- I believe in moderation. I don't completely cut out any food from my diet, but control the portions. SP has helped me make better, healthier choices.
- I am a chocolate lover. I need to have chocolate!

Fitness:
- I do cardio exercises at least 3 times a week. Typically I'd exercise at least 5 hours a week, burning not less than 1220 calories per week.
- I also do strength training with my personal trainer 3 times a week. The trainer is just temporary to get me going and make sure I don't injure myself using gym equipment wrongly.
- I also love hiking, jungle trekking and camping whenever I have the chance to.

Motivation:
- Spark Friends are awesome! They offer the best motivation and support.
- My mom wakes up early in the morning to prepare the day's packed lunch with me. We always split a serving of 2 types of fruit so we could have a little of both.
