Hi thanks for stopping by my page. As far as the 6 week plan by Dr. Ian. I only did about a week and a half. I wasn't feeling well when I tried to start it. I can't really say one way or another if it works, but a lot of folks are having great success with it. I prefer his former program that I had which was a 30 day menu plan that laid out exactly what I could eat daily. I basically follow that plan substitute or switching things as necessary. I will give it another try later but for right now I need to stick with what's working for me since I'm trying to get to a certain weight loss before my b'day in a little over 2 months. Hi there, came across your page and wanted to spread the Spark! I've started over so many times it ridiculous but this time my mindset is different. Of course I want to be thin and look good but more so I want to live a long and healthy life. When I'm in the gym now I no longer think about if those pants will fit, but I think about how when I'm sweating like a pig that I'm ridding my body of impurities and toxins that will benefit me in the long run. I constantly remind myself this is a journey not a race. If we get it in the mind the body will have to follow!
