Ok its been awhile I know I know!

Today has been my recent appointment with my weight managment women by the name of joan. I have had 3 appointments with her total. Last month in December on the 10th my weight was 361. And today it was 354. I had lost 7 pounds in 1 month.

So far things are going pretty good. But my next appointment is on the 4th of feburary. So hopefully things go well next month also.

My Goals:
Goal one walk daily to mail box at least 3 times a day even on sundays when I know there's no mail. Just to get into the habit of walking more.

Goal two walk more with cousin caitlin.


My Program:
I don't have much of aprogram but there are a few key things my dieatian told me in notes. First appointment she says to

1. Keep a food record including how you feel when you are eating.
2. Increase activity - include in your record.

and theres more from there we have been building up.

Personal Information:
Current weight 354 and not happy with that at all.

Hi there!

I came across your post and wanted to let you know that I've been where you've been!

I've lost over 50 pounds since 2010 by just "moving" more. I moved into this house early 2010 and the bathroom is at the other end of the house! LOL

When I lost 35 pounds - I noticed that a kitty litter container (that I bought at Wal-Mart) weighed the same 35 pounds. I was SHOCKED how heavy it was - but, I was pleased with my results.

I just recently came back to SP and the progress is slow, but I am determined.

If you need a buddy - let me know!
