Losing it!

After a death in the family I lost track of my food intake and just indulged myself thinking that would help. And it didn't! So now I am ready to get back on track with my exercise and diet, so I can look good for my husband once again!

My Goals:
I want to get down to a size 10 by next summer, and hopefully with diet and exercise I will be able to!

My Program:
No more junk food, soda, or alcohol! I will be going to the gym at least 4 days a week and am going to do a cleansing program my first week!

You know i am so busy with kids i find it hard to but this is a fun site to use. I also have not even weighed myself. i am without a scale right now. i just Know my pants are tight.lol emoticon
