I've been wallering in fast food. Ummmm! Yummy processed beef paste, reconstitued battered chicken, & grease infused potatoes (sometimes topped w/ cheese food). I gained back some serious lbs. :(
I blame the 188 mi bike ride prep. I just don't know how to eat for this kind of training. I'm starving after riding a bike for 6 hours. Ultimately it's led to overeating, which led to excuses, which led to candy bars, a lot of carmel popcorn (found this new stuff @ the gas station that's really tasty), & rice krispy treats. Work is also a little crazy right now, so that doesn't help. I'll be glad when the ride is over. 2 wks to go!
I've been slowly getting back on the wagon. Down almost 4lbs in 3 days, so maybe it will come back off quickly.
