1.) Sometimes you have to diet. I used to be totally against this... but for me, I have found that to get to the lifestyle change part I have to start by being willing to make some sacrifices.
2.) Regular exercise so that I can eventually run distance races again and spend more time in the outdoors.
3.) Become a good role model to my new son.
1.) Tracking all of my calorie intake through Sparkpeople and keeping it to 1200 cals/day.
2.) Spreading my calories evenly throughout the day and avoiding empty carbs.
3.) Regular exercise through a trainer who guides me in cardio exercise and weight/resistance training.
