So i was to much time out of track i was so interested in do well in the University and i let go myself a little bit i gain more weigth but surprising i have now so much self-esteem i like my body but a have to take care of it and that is my new resolution be healthy not only thin but ready to live a long time with really good health.
Last semester i really let myself go so much that i enter the overweight zone and my knees start to ache i was really desapointed, but i'm here again and i have to do it now or never. :D

- Learn how to swim
Exercise at least 5 days a week.
Keep my calorie range between 1300-1700.
Drink a liter of water a day.
Give to every activity his time.
I trust the trackers, and i would give myself rewards. depending, how many pounds i lose.
