I need to lose weight and be healthy.

I am jogging with my dog everyday and starting strength training using sparkpeople. I've also joined a CSA and plan on eating whole clean foods.

the quinoa was good! kind of bland by its self but eating it with something helps! I just bought more yesterday! Hubby likes it, and after seeing the nutrition value, likes it even more!
