Hi...This is Nimisha....Well, I've been overweight for the past few years...From puppy fat its become a whole new 'Fat Me'!!!Like everybody else i did not see the weight piling on as i got busy with my job as a designer,husband n kid(2 years n 2 months now)...After my kid,i quit my job as i was extremely unhealthy (210 pounds at 5 feet height)n had a severe back ache....When my baby was an year old i started with walks as my back aches were excruciating n i had a sciatic pain too in my left ...
Hi...This is Nimisha....Well, I've been overweight for the past few years...From puppy fat its become a whole new 'Fat Me'!!!Like everybody else i did not see the weight piling on as i got busy with my job as a designer,husband n kid(2 years n 2 months now)...After my kid,i quit my job as i was extremely unhealthy (210 pounds at 5 feet height)n had a severe back ache....When my baby was an year old i started with walks as my back aches were excruciating n i had a sciatic pain too in my left leg,i thought it'll be best to start moving n stop complaining.....I tried to walk at least 4 days a week for 35-45 mins, to build my stamina n strength.....I was'nt looking at weight loss at that time....but I lost 10 pounds in 3-4 months of walking(at a normal pace)...my self esteem soared,i could pick my baby up n play with him now....I signed up for aerobics 2 months back n go 5 days a week...and have lost 10 pounds more since then....Initial 3 weeks in aerobics class i would pant n stop most of the times but ever since i incorporated a 2 hour uphill walk in my schedule (5-6 days a week),my fitness level has increased...I can see inch loss but my weight loss is at a snail's pace....I do get extremely frustrated at times but im dead serious about weight loss....I'm looking for a career change n im going to medical school from July onwards...I don't wanna be so huge n look like a granny there...I still have 60 pouds more to go....for my ideal weight...Im here cuz i wanna meet more people like me who wanna be healthy, be inspired,share my joys n sorrows n weight loss methods with like minded motivated people....like u all...Tell me something i shud'nt/shud be doing....
