A healthier me :)

At the beginning of 2013, I made a decision to reach my goal weight of 130 by the end of the year. I also felt that the best way to do this is to cut processed foods and meat from my diet. So far the weight has been coming down and I feel great energy wise. After a week of eating this way, I no longer felt any cravings and after every meal I feel fully satisfied.
