1) Sing more. 2) Dance every day. 3) Eat to live with passion and purpose. 4) Go outside for daily walks remembering the computer will be there when I come back. 5) Give charity, even if it's just a smile.
No program to follow really. I had started HCG last year but following that program requires discipline and at the time I had much to much stress in my life to continue. My focus will be on making better food choices and exercising daily.
