I NEED TO LOOSE 80 POUNDS

I currently weigh 231 and havent had a healthy lifestyle. I find it difficult to exercise and currently am eating one main meal a day.How do i go down pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.Sorry I cant put up my pix now because I dont feel proud of myself.I promise I will put it up once I reach my desired weight

Hi! Congrats on the 3 lbs. I know I have to eat 3 meals and maybe a small snack or two to keep my blood sugar level and not get too hungry. I do a lot better when I do the tracker than when I don't. You can really see how things add up. I am trying to fill up on fresh veggies and a couple of servings of fruit and lean protein.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone has pictures they don't want people to see but we have to first realize IT IS WHAT IT IS..We all will look differently one day. Find your calorie range based on your age etc., and make sure you eat 3 meals a day. Use the Nutrition Tracker to record your meals too and it will help you ALOT!!!
