My running board in front of treadmill at home. Made good use of all those magazines! I love it!

My inspiration. I've always wanted to be that girl that runs in the winter cold snow.

::::SOMETIMES WE MUST GO THROUGH DARKNESS TO REACH THE LIGHT::::

Everyday we make hundreds of small decisions that have an impact on our personal health and happiness.

My story: I've struggled incredibly with my weight and body image since having children. I used to be confident, but now some days I cannot even look strangers in the eyes. My weight has gone up and down, creating a great disappointment in myself because it's something I feel I cannot control, and somehow I've gotten to a point where I'm placing my self-worth on my weight.

In 2010 I worked very hard with a goal event in mind and went from mid 150s to lowest of 143 lbs and felt amazing. That's definitely my happy weight and I learned that you can put the work in and really change your body shape. It was transformed through circuit training.

I always say that NY resolutions are silly but I decided this year that I'm embracing it! Who doesn't want a new start? It's a nice, memorable time point to reassess too! Good luck to you - let me know how the shred goes! If nothing else, I will check back next year:)

I was just looking through my old sparkpage comments and noticed yours - we were both 10 lbs from our goal weight! I've also gained back weight, but 55 lbs. YES, 55. I'm now at the heaviest I've ever been, but looking forward to getting back to it. Hope that you are well!
