Everyday we make hundreds of small decisions that have an impact on our personal health and happiness.

My story: I've struggled incredibly with my weight and body image since having children. I used to be confident, but now some days I cannot even look strangers in the eyes. My weight has gone up and down, creating a great disappointment in myself because it's something I feel I cannot control, and somehow I've gotten to a point where I'm placing my self-worth on my weight.

In 2010 I worked very hard with a goal event in mind and went from reached the lowest I've ever weighed at 142 lbs and felt amazing. That's definitely my happy weight and I learned that you can put the work in and really change your body shape. It was transformed through circuit training, running and eating clean. Sounds so logical but is the hardest thing ever.

Now, I am working with my reliable plan Extreme Fat Smash to reach my goal weight again. I am 5'6" and started at 192 lbs with a ultimate goal to reach 150 lbs. It may take a few rounds of this food plan but I know with exercise and planning I will achieve!

Hey, I am glad to see you back on too! I want to do EFS again definitely! I got super shred and looked through it but it has too many options for the day! Feels like it would be difficult for me to plan ahead. EFS is pretty straight forward with proven success!

I will start with you and we can keep each other motivated! Your results were so motivating, they really kept me going. Let me know whe. You want to start!!
