Back on the SBD wagon...I am sort of tracking for now but I'm sure it won't last since I really hate it. The novelty of the app on my phone will be short-lived, but I'll ride the wave of something new while I can.

Ditto Kerrie... over estimate if you have to. You'll be glad you did. Makes it more "real" and may be a helpful reminder to you the next time. GL today!

I don't know that I can, Kerrie. I didn't count how many cookies or fishies I ate. I really have no clue.
Just moving on today. It's all I can do!

Journal it! The best you can, anyway. That's what I did, and it helps to know I faced it and won't eat that much today. :)

Thanks for the reminder, Kerrie.
I do know that but sometimes I feel like I have the angel on one shoulder and devil on the other and I give in to the devil sometimes. And once I have one bite, I have a very hard time stopping. Kinda like eating just one chip or an alcoholic having a drink. I find it's better to just abstain -- at least until I can get into a groove and get a little more confident with my ability to side with the angel. :)

Of course you can keep it up, Nikki! The important thing to remember is even if you have one meal, or even one food that's not "clean", that's no excuse to blow everything. You make a new choice and have a new opportunity with each and every BITE you take. Don't wait for the next day or the next week, do it with the next bite.
