I really enjoy bicycling and also like to hike, downhill ski and just be outdoors. My problem is I like to eat and no matter how much I exercise, I can't lose weight without cutting out some eating too. So, I finally bit the bullet. I'm following the PointsPlus plan with Weight Watchers. Its working. I needed to make a mental shift. (Dec 2012)
