I have been over 200lbs for too long and this year I plan to do my very best to lose and keep the weight off. I am really sick and tired of being on a weight-rollercoaster. Today: 1/19/16-242 To Lose: 70lbs Goal: 1/19/17- 172
My goals for losing weight and becoming more healthy is to do it the right way this time. In the past I would do fad diets and lose/gain and not exercise. Not anymore.
I have fallen off with using SP to track my food and water but I plan to get back on track with that.
As I become more familiar with Sparkpeople I find that it helps in making my healthy lifestyle adjustments easier.
I am also working on setting up a routine of exercising on a regular basis.
1. Lose 5lbs a month
2. Upgrade my nutrient intake

Gurl I actually started RUNNING!!! Emergency teams are still pulling people out of the rubble from all the earthquakes I'm causing, but the pounds are coming off. Glad to hear about you meeting your goals! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
