2016 - Time to Finish What I Started!

Last year was rough so I am glad it is over. This year my goals include:

1. Losing 70lbs for myself to finally get to my goal weight
2. Working full time as a stylist
3. Updating my SP Pictures.... been a long time
4. Finally having the courage to let stagnant things go!

I thank God everyday for all his blessings and grace in my life. He is always first. As long as He allows me to wake up each morning I plan to do my very best with the time I've ...

My Goals:
I have been over 200lbs for too long and this year I plan to do my very best to lose and keep the weight off. I am really sick and tired of being on a weight-rollercoaster.
Today: 1/19/16-242
To Lose: 70lbs
Goal: 1/19/17- 172

My Program:
My goals for losing weight and becoming more healthy is to do it the right way this time.
In the past I would do fad diets and lose/gain and not exercise. Not anymore.

I have fallen off with using SP to track my food and water but I plan to get back on track with that.

As I become more familiar with Sparkpeople I find that it helps in making my healthy lifestyle adjustments easier.

I am also working on setting up a routine of exercising on a regular basis.

WOO HOOOO - Yeah, I'm back from hibernation. If I had to see another cold day I was gonna scream. Haven't been exercising much cuzza the crappy weather but I've been eating effectively and still lost weight over the winter.

Now that I'm warming up again, definitely fired up about my health goals and quite happy to see you're still rockin'!
