Finding Balance

Hi there! My name's Nichole & I've been married to my wonderful hubby for 8 yrs & we have 4 adorable kids. Austin 9, Lilly 7, Nolan 4 & Ella is 3! We have a crazy busy house, w/ four kids, and I'm very blessed that I'm able to stay home with them. We're done having babies, so I'm ready to focus on me by learning healthier habits so I can take better care of my family & be around for many, many years.

**I'm turning 30 this June & plan on being in top form!**

LOL on the status... its funny because I am back to Jillian a bit this month and my first week was Shred Week... I was telling myself, oh yeah its my easy week... I forget that it ain't that easy! I always consider that the "Beginner" dvd from her but really it kicks your ass!

Hey! I haven't bought any of the equipment for the BR workouts - I modify the pink sandbag with a kettlebell, and I downloaded an interval timer app on my ipod. The interval timer is really the only must have. If a workout seems to have too much equipment I just look for a new one - my favorite ones are the bodyweight only ones anyway. Try it out - they are killer!
