Hey, I was thinking about you today & decided to stop by your page...How have things been going? I have been at a stand-still for the last 4 months because of school. I've been stuck at 173, only working out 2-3 times per week. Thankfully I haven't GAINED anything back, so I guess I'm not doing completely terrible. I planned to work out hardcore over my break between semesters, but unfortunately I've been feeling sick for most of it.
I feel bad we never worked out together before I left for Surg Tech school. I'll be back in Manhattan (to stay) in mid-July, so if you're still interested we can get together then! 2006 days ago
I'm following the nutrition advice in Extreme Fat Smash by Ian Smith. You eat 4 small meals per day, up to 2 snacks if you want them. It's a lot like what I would call a diabetic diet. Lots of fruits & veggies, brown rice, egg whites, lean meat, everything low GI. 2150 days ago
