Here's hoping you never need to learn to live without it! It's easier for me because of how tired, foggy, and stuffed I felt when I was eating those kinds of foods. They tasted "wonderful", but I felt rotten later and used to take something each night to keep the acid reflux at bay... Once I realized how good I felt eating proteins, veggies/fruits, and healthy fats (as well as the added side effect of the weight loss), it became a much easier decision for me to pass on the bread!
