RESTARTING MY PROGRAM AND PLEASED WITH THAT DECISION!!!

I was down almost 60lbs when I came upon a Plato and gave up on myself. As a result of that, I went into a "WHY" mood. As a result of that, I've gained 17lbs since March. It's so hard to take off and yet so easy to pack back on. I won't give up on myself agian!!! I am setting new goals and guidelines for myself.

RESTART DATE: July 19th start

1st weigh-in August 9th
Goal of a minimum amount of 10lbs

Dec 31, 2009 =240lbs goal meet :-)
Feb 28, 2010 = 230lbs goal NOT meet for Feb
for obvious reasons
Apr 30, 2010= 227lbs
goal NOT meet for Apr
Jun 30, 2010= 215lbs
(215lbs is my first goal weight to meet)

Aug 31, 2010= 200lbs
My birthday which is
Oct 2, 2010 = 190lbs
Dec 15,2010=185lbs
(185lbs is my personal goal weight to meet)

Then I'll start setting new goals for 2011


My Program:
Working out twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evenings after work. Hitting the gym at least twice, three times a week if I'm lucky and a well balanced meal plan. Not alot of sugars and starchy foods. 8 glasses of water on a daily basis at least. Try to get at least 7 hours of restful sleep nightly, even on the weekends and plenty of fruits and veggies.

2008 - gained almost all the weight back (275)

2010 - sparkppl - lost over 65lbs. Hubby had a major heart attack and I became a stressed out emotional eater.

2011 - Tried all the fast quick remedies...pills etc.Now it's back to the basics and what I know works.

    Welcome to the c25k team! Wow, check out those 2 St Paddy's Day run pics, you are moving. I get stuck at the same weight easily, I feel your pain. Hey, they say that the slower weight loss lasts longer. I figure my weight loss will last forever, at the rate I'm losing lately.

    Hey lady! Yeah, P90 is getting a little easier. I've learned what I can do and can't...LOVE the yoga! I sweat so much my mat gets slick (EW!) and the stretch....

    You'll do great. Yes, the yoga mat was a must. I like to know that even if I'm not quite as fit as all those P90 guys, I am very limber. Don't know how that happened, but it's cool!!

    I'm chuggin along. Slow and steady wins the race right/???
