I've completed 3 months! First time ever. Usually things start going wrong after the first two months. I find it hard to stay focused, I eat a little bit more, then some more, then I feel guilty and then it's over. But not this time. I was prepared. I was waiting for it to happen and when it did I intensified my efforts. I've lost 33 pounds (15 kg) and I feel so much better.

- Keep track of everything I eat. -Do not exceed 1600 calories a day - No sugar, white bread, white rice or white pasta - exercise 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes
