I'm going to be 29 this year and I MUST make an effort to change my lifestyle for the better before I head into my 30's! I've wasted the last 10 years of my life being lazy and overweight and generally just surviving. I want to have fun and seek adventure and have the energy to do all those crazy things I dreamed about but made excuses not to do. I wont let fear stop me anymore!
