Seeking Inner Peace and Strength of Heart

Alas, I have reached a point on being on SP, where my goals have not been reached. This is not a drag for me as much as it is a motivational point. This year, 2014, will be a challenging year for me and I plan on meeting these challenges head on. Time for me is NOW. I have to NIKE IT or face failure. Failure is not an option anymore.

Alas, I have reached a point on being on SP, where my goals have not been reached. This is not a drag for me as much as it is a motivational point. This year, 2014, will be a challenging year for me and I plan on meeting these challenges head on. Time for me is NOW. I have to NIKE IT or face failure. Failure is not an option anymore.

A few years ago, I completed my first 5K and I loved it. I had ran my first ever mile 4 months prior and I recall being so shocked I about fell over. I moved from the treadmill to cardio kickboxing classes the next year and never faltered. I then went on to complete back to back spin classes the year after w/o difficulty. What does this tell me? I can do it! I have done 120 push-ups in a 45min class, I have completed back to back extreme spin classes, and I have already ran my first mile ever in my life. I have done all this and I will do more!

I dream big but I also temper my dreams with reality. I dream of running a half marathon but I realize a 5K is an accomplishment all on its own. I dream of accomplishing the scorpion pose or the little thunderbolt pose but I know the forearm pose is quite an achievement.

I know what to do & I just have to do it:

*140lbs I am 5'2" this is comfy and muscular on me.

*Run Baby Run!

*Drink 40oz water
*Eat 3-5 fruits/veggies daily
*Maintain healthy caloric levels
