My Goals:
My goal is to make better health choices, fight the diabetes that runs in the family and be healthy!

My Program:
I am setting daily, weekly and monthly goals. I am cutting back on how much I eat, making better choices on the stuff I do eat and committing to making small changes to hit my goals. I have daily goals I want to hit that will make weeks and months go by easier.

Personal Information:
I love dogs, stars, The Notre Dame fighting Irish, and the Miami Dolphins. I love football, tailgating and Sundays off!! I am recently engaged and cannot wait to marry the love of my life. I have a huge family including the one I am marrying into and I would do anything for them. My niece and nephew are my inspiration!

Water really is key! I always feel so much better when I drink more water, but I hate the frequent trips to the ladies' room because I'm so hydrated! LOL

Wow! That sounds awesome. Have either of you ever been to those countries? I've never been anywhere in Europe before. I can understand how difficult it must be to try to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes in one suitcase!

I'm not a doctor or a specialist but I think as long as you're taking rest days between I think working your arms 2-3 times a week would be okay and you wouldn't get injured unless you are prone to problems all ready or if you're lifting too heavy.

When I worked out with a friend of mine that was a trainer (went to school and was certified to be one) we alternated upper body and lower body so we probably did it a few times a week.

Do what makes you most comfortable though. What is okay for me may not be for you.
