Just wanted to say Hi and see how things are doing.
I am doing good except my knees are acting up and I have a 9K race this Sunday. My first race since my surgery last year. (Aug 09) I thought I would be fine when signed up over a month ago my the paid started in last week and has been getting stronger by the day.
What am I going to do? I made appt. for next Monday to see my surgeon for a check up. I need to figure out what to do to keep them healthy. I don't have time to go to PT either. Can we say frustrating?
I am walking with mild amounts of jogging for my Tuesday/ Thursday class and have cut back on most of my other activities. Plus we do lunges and squats with every class so they should be getting stronger not damaged. Not fun. I feel like an old lady. :( Guess I won't be adding kick boxing to the mix.
