    HI there... thanks for adding me. As for losing 3 lbs, i pretty much documented what I ate as much as possible. I documented my cardio, I went to the gym about 3 times last week. Feel free to take a look at my logs. a big thing i did is minimize my Coca Cola in take. I think I had 3 last week. But for the most part, I just take it one day at a time. I hope it helps.
