DREAM HAVEN

One of my dreams is to finally be slender (again). I want to dream the fat away, without stress or anguish. I am beginning to believe that stress and strain and anguish are not the way to go. Yes, I will exercise. Yes, I will be strong when I am starving I (and that does entail some stress). Even though I go over the calorie count a lot, I believe I am still eating less than before.

emoticon Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I read your comment on the article "Accentuate the Positive". I thought I would suggest that you look at the team "The slowest loosers" Maybe they will have blogs and messages that you would enjoy and perhaps people with the same goals and even the same struggles. Hope this helps.
