This Time, For Real

I am a 23 recent graduate and new employee out in the real world. My new job will have me relocate every 6 months to 3 years, thus I want habits that I can take with me at each new location. I need to be active, organized, confident, and responsible even when regarding those little-easy-to-put-aside everyday things. I want to be healthy emotionally, mentally, and physically. Not only do I want to develop my professional career, my mind, but also my phiscal body and emotional ...
I am a 23 recent graduate and new employee out in the real world. My new job will have me relocate every 6 months to 3 years, thus I want habits that I can take with me at each new location. I need to be active, organized, confident, and responsible even when regarding those little-easy-to-put-aside everyday things. I want to be healthy emotionally, mentally, and physically. Not only do I want to develop my professional career, my mind, but also my phiscal body and emotional tolerances/responses.

I am going be healthy and fit. I'm looking to lose around 50lbs total - check out to see just just what my progress is. Big or small, physical or mental, I move forward.

P.S. I want to be better hydrated and stronger (gain water & muscle) thus the scale may not always be dropping easily for me. See the note below. :-)

Note:
1 gallon of fat is about 7.4 lbs,
1 gallon of water is about 8.3 lbs,
And 1 gallon of muscle weighs 8.9 lbs.

thanks for the comment on my blog! To answer your question... finances. I can't afford to buy food for 3 meals a day and snacks so I try my best to eat as much as I can. It's part of the reason why I am overweight... not enough food/calories and my body starts to go into survival mode.
