Holly, I was just looking at the Keto group page and saw some of your posts. It reminded me to stop by and say hi! I really struggle with eating keto. I allow others to influence my choices. Hubby is very low protein, higher carb eater and skinny! When I don't have protein in my meals I get so hungry. He drinks homemade veggie and fruit drinks and doesn't understand why I don't have them. He says they are healthy and I say they are full of sugar. I make him steel cut oats, he tops them with our canned peaches and I drool. We work at an afterschool program where most all the choices are super high carb and low nutritional value. I try to resist but often give in. I need to get a handle on this or my weight/blood sugars will continue to climb.
I have adapted my eating to stop at 7PM and start again at 10AM. My attempt at intermittent fasting. You are my inspiration. 8 days ago
