Hi Jenny! First off, glad we're friends now! I read the comment LisaMarie posted about low carb and pcos. I just wanted to let you know, it does work. I was dianosed several years ago...I had just lost 80 lbs when I found out I was pregnant. I used my pregnancy as an excuse to eat...eat...and eat! lol So here I am...doing it all over again...but I know it works...just have to get with the program! It's about time too...my "baby" will be a year old next month. But anyway, more than anything, I just wanted to wish you the best of luck and let you know that I am here. If you ever do decide to go low carb...I would be happy to answer any questions you have. emoticon

Hey Jenny! I saw you are a fellow PCOS sufferer, I was diagnosed over 7 years ago, and you are definitely right about the struggle that comes along with this!

I don't know if your Dr. has recommended it, but you should look into a low carb lifestyle, it is working very well for me ( I do low carb and watch my calories), I have never had success on a low fat.

Hit me up if you need to talk, or just need support, it helps alot!

    Good luck to you!!

Thanks for the comment. And congratulations on loosing 3 pounds. I was told I have Polysistic Ovaries, but when I asked, he would not tell me it was PCOS. I guess the only way to tell was if it causes recurring problems? I need to find a new gyno though, which I'm not looking forward to. The one I was going to passed away.

Anyway, good luck and I hope you have a great week. emoticon
