My Goals:
My goal for January is to finish the Jumpstart Challenge :D. Throughout the year though I would like:
- to learn how to ride a bike
- to learn to tap dance
- to perform one of my songs
- to run 30 solid minutes
- to eat more fruits!!

My Program:
So far it's just the Jumpstart Challenge and becoming acquainted with portion control and actually measuring everything out. Definitely take advantage of the SparkRecipes. Going to Hike more, Dance more, Kickbox more :D

Other Information:
Would like to meet some amazing people. I'm definitely into Doctor Who :D horror movies, horror stories, writing, drawing, swimming, love animals, love crocheting, arts and crafts, baking, cooking, hiking :D

Been a while! I can't believe we both got off track. It happens though! Maybe we can be there for each other again and push each other. Haha. I know I'm going to need to be kicked in the a*s a few times!

Haha. Wish I could say the same. I haven't been keeping track of the sweets either...but it's not been TOO many. I'm not good at these types of challenges. I remember I joined the sleep better challenge and completely faild at it.

I hate not being able to sleep in on my days off. The latest I usually get is 9 and that's rare. I had a day off the other day (Monday). It was much needed. Though I didn't want to go back to work Tuesday. Haha. Is snoopy a dog?

I tried writing workouts down on a calendar but I never did get around to doing it. I think what gets me moving the most is being in the challenges. It's like, I'm on here and have to take responsibility for myself because others can see. So yeah.

Ohh, sounds like a good plan! Good luck on that. I'd like to lose 10 pounds by April 1st too! Haha. I'm still working on that 5 pounds before my birthday though. And that's next Saturday. So we'll see!

I've been measuring my food like crazy. I think I'm driving my mom crazy. Haha. I wish we had a food scale at the house. Love those things! I want to work on giving up candy and such. So far so good! We had cupcakes at work today and I didn't eat one. Yay for me.

No, no. It's; I KNOW I can, I KNOW I can! Heh.

Ouch! That doesn't sound like much fun. It's no fun when people are taking off at the same time or right after one another. We just got back all of our normal people at work recently. (in the last couple of weeks). There for a while (since before Christmas) we had 2 gone. We had subs to come in but it was still a bit hard.

Sounds good! You could find something to cook if you don't want to go out and make it special. Have some soft music on or something and candles. Haha. Or find some place local and small with a quiet table. There's all kinds of possibilities.

Yay for days off! I had one yesterday. President's day so we didn't have school. Yay for that.

Oh and if you ever wanted to try Tae Bo, I have a few videos I can send you links to. Also, I was on pinterest a few days ago, collecting images for my inspiration board on there and I found a few images that gave workouts. There was this one set...there was 5 images...and each image was exercises for a month straight. I've been thinking of maybe adding them onto my workouts. Like the first image...on day one you would do 30 jumping jacks and 10 crunches. THen the next day you'd do 35 jumping jacks and 15 crunches and so on and so on. I could send you links to those as well if you want to check them out. Or just send you a link to the board they're on on pinterest.
