I want my life back! I want to feel good again. I am trying to beat type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. I want to be healthy to see my grandchildren grow up.
I am just getting started. I am going to increase my intake of water to 8 glasses daily, work in a walk every day, and try to figure out a way to stay on track with calories. I tend to eat too large a serving and too quickly. I am trying to find ways to solve these problems.
I am a nurse who is now taking time to take care of herself too!
I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Biggest Loser SPRING Challenge ALL Teams TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
