Hi! I have just restarted my life. It has been fun so far. I have begun a healthier life losing 18 pounds in the last 3 monthes and am looking forward to losing 12 more. I am looking forward to a more balanced, healthy, fun, and fulfilling life.

Welcome to sparkpeople Lupe! There is a ton of information on here and support. You are coming to the right place. Make sure to utilize the fitness tracker and food tracker. I would start tracking your food to see how much you are really eating sometimes it is easy for us to eat more if we don't realize how much exactly is being consumed. Hope to see you posting:)
