My Goals:
Tone up, Trim down, Stand tall and enjoy my life.

My Program:
Start each week day morning with a cardio/strength building workout, and end each day with a good 45 minute walk with my dog. (She so looks forward to my coming home at the end of the day).
Limiting wine to weekends and enjoying drinking my 8 glasses of water per day - not as hard to do as I thought it would be.
