Welcome to night shift nurses....so glad you found us. Everything is sooo different when you are working nights...your eating and exercise are all backwards from everyone else. There are many challenges too. I hope that you find the support and encouragement that you need with us. I will be glad to help you in any way that I can-just let me know. I have gone from 268 to 169 but still have more to go....if I can do it you can too. Just think how great you will feel when you hit below 200!!! We will do a happy dance with you!!!
