About 4-5 years ago, I got on this healthy kick and went to the gym almost daily and ate healthy. I lost 85 lbs in 9 months. I was so proud of myself. The profile picture of me is from that time. I fell off track and for the last few years I kept telling myself "screw it, you'll never be skinny".. Then I watched Chris Powell kick people's butts into shape and figured if they can do it, I can too! These last few weeks, I've never felt so motivated in my life! This time I WILL do it! I will lose the weight! And not just the 85! I'll double that, plus some! I want to be healthy, for me, my future family, my niece and nephews. I'm tired of being "the fat one"! I hope to someday be someone's motivation! :)

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose all the excess weight and live a healthy lifestyle. I'd like to do more "outdoorsy" type things that my weight doesn't really allow me to do. And I really just want to be able to be a healthy, active mom for my future family.

My Program:
I currently watch what I eat but am still having issues with the eating of 5-6 meals a day.
I go to the gym atleast 4 times a week to do cardio and weight training.

I'm trying to be more active by walking and doing yard work as well.

I have 2 dogs. A Rottweiler and a pit/beagle mix. While i love both of them, The Rottweiler is my baby and he's spoiled ROTTen ;). His name is King Leonidas or Nidas and the pit mix's name is Lakota Tiberius or Kota.

I LOVE tattoos. I have many of them. I also love traveling and road trips. I love to cook and trying new recipes, and diy crafts. Pinterest is my best friend!
