Hey!! I'm doing well here. Haven't been trying to eat well or exercise and maintaining,so thats lucky! (Still have 50 lbs to go though).
My husband just decided he wants to start a couch to 5k program though, so hopefully we'll start that this week and kick some major booty!

How are you doing?! Its been awhile!

Thanks for dropping by my page. No Halloween candy at my house at all - kids are too old for trick or treating, and we weren't home that night so bought no candy. Woo hoo - a candyless Halloween means victory on the scale. How did you fare? Hope you are doing well! So nice to hear from you.

Hi there! Thanks for posting on my page. It was a work convention i went to - 7-hour drive there and back, and in meetings all day earning CEUs for my certifications while I was there. Went out for dinner and drinks with colleagues in the evening and bought a new pair of shoes at DSW next to our hotel. All in all, not a lot to write about. Sorry to disappoint. I did manage to make good choices while I was gone and stayed on my eating plan for the most part, so it was a victory.
