hey, Nicole, i'll check out that website too. no, i've been pretty good about my calories, but my exercising is pretty much nil. i did do some leg lifts and such yesterday morning. it's a good thing i have so many stairs in my house or i'd get no exercise at all. wonder if i can count all my trips up and down as some of my fitness! laundry time is always good for a workout, carrying full baskets up and down those 3 flights of stairs! anyways, can you believe Chris has only been watching his calories for a week now and he has already lost 6 pounds!? how is that fair? guys... i haven't weighed because i don't have immediate access to a scale. i don't even know if my start weight was correct, i haven't weighed in months! have you had trouble with SP's nutrtion tracker? i haven't been able to log in my food for 2 days. anyways, i'll see you tomorrow night! enjoy your day off!
