I am worth it

Hi,

My name is Adinda. I am 51 years young.Once i was as thin as a pencil and could eat everything. No more! My weight has risen to an amazing 92 kg. Well that is just too much.!!!!!!!!
It is not that i am eating that much. I have IBS and must be carefull with what i eat. I do tend to snack however, but ofcourse there are different ways of snacking :)
And i have joint problems at both knees, little walks and no running for me any more for the time being.

Having said all that. There is a lot left that i can still do. I like fitness, i like indoor rowing, i like pilates and yoga.
So i am steering towards a thinner and healthier version of my body again myself again. In the bodybuilding world there is a great saying, by the yard it is hard, by the inch it is a sinch. So i am taking it nice and easy. It is not a race. With my eyes pointed on the end result.
I want to do a lot of nice things in my life and i want to do it with the best body i ever had. I am worth it!

I want to loose about 20 kg for the moment.Build some muscle and enhance my aerobic fitness.

My Program:
I like fitness and aerobic acticities like nordic walking,and running and indoor rowing. My aim is to train with weights 3 times a week,and do aerobics too
