Everyone. Today is my birthday!!!!!! Im so excited!!!! Thank God i lived to see another day. So im not committed 100% to a change to my diet; but im working on it.lol. Well Today is my birthday so im going to enjoy hibachi and cake; and hopefuily ill work that off soon. Im just so happy i lived to see another birthday. And after this birthday Im going to work closer to my dreams more and im going to push through all the NOs. I will be successful and achieve what the lord has put inside me. In Jesus Name. I Declare and Decree it Amen!

So, it has been a whole year since i been on here. I probably havent lost any weight because 2015 brought alot of challenges but going into 2016; i dont have time for mess or stress. So im going to TRY to put my best FOOT forward and make a change happen. Im not perfect; but everyday i move i have to think of the end result. Pray for me Sparkies. We can do this!!!!

So it has been 2 weeks within the new year and im better then i was when i last checked in. I been trying to not snack on bad foods and choose healthier foods for snacks and i just been trying to take it one dya at a time and see where this takes me. my weight has been going up because of some medicine im on but.....imma go talk to doc and see if i can get off it and hopefully that will help with my weight loss in addition to my hard work. This year im really trying to just stay focus and move. Get up and make things happen so we will see where this year leads. One Love..

OMG! It has been almost a whole year since I ben on my page. So here is the update: I haven't lost weight yet but im on my way. Me and my friend have created a workout plan and healthy eating plan that we will enforce. We stopped eating after 9pm and Im starting to eat more fruits and stop snacking on cakes and chips. And im talking to a nutritionist. During our exercise regiemen we are durig exercises that are working the core; the arms; the legs; and any other body parts that are being use when we are doing these exercises. Yall we are on our way. Slowly but surely.

So yesterday i guess the light bulb came on because I realize that my faith in god needed to change. Im a saved christian but i needed to increase my faith in God and become a better person overall. After seeing on of my role models exercising and getting healthy I got inspired to change my eating habits and work out so that i can get to a healthy weight. So here I go again. I went to the gym today and stayed in there for 1.5 hrs and i enjoyed it. It was just me and the lord and my wonderful encouraging music. I know theres an athlete under this fat I cant wait to reveal her. Wait for updated pics and continuing stats. Ill check back soon. Bye.



Hi everyone im back on track. So i have been going to church lately and learning about being a committed christian and while im learning i have decided to FAST for Christ. Im fasting with the church from March 15, 2011 to April 23, 2011. While i have been on my FAST i have lost 20 pounds...Which puts me down to 230 pounds and i havent been there since 2002, i think. Anyway fasting isnt about losing weight...its about getting close to god and praying...which is making me a better person too. So im glad im fasting... But to be able to see what a difference it makes to take some foods away from your meal plan is great. And i feel better not eating all the high calorie foods and foods that arent good for you. So i will continuie my journey and hopefully ill be posting pics soon so u can see the difference.

Hi All, I have been going through tough times but im not going to let the devil get me down. I got up today and exercised. I have been eating out it seems like everyday since Feb 24 i think because i have been living in hotels. but as of wednesday hopefully i will be back in an apartment. Thank you lord for that. But since i worked out today i dont want to sabotage my workout so im going to try my best not to eat out today. imma try a mini fast for acouple of days and see how this goes. I will try to get on here and log my progress but if i dont yall can keep praying for me and ill do the same for yall. Well jus a lil update and ill keep yall posted. Bye!
