~Bride to Be~

I have never had a better reason to lose weight than I do right now. I recently got engaged and will be getting married in just 6 months!!! The date is set for October 2, 2010. I'm going to be a knock-out bride!!!

***My Weight Loss Goals***

Start weight March 25: 207 lbs
~Lose 5 lbs by April 25 ***Goal met April 7***
~Lose 10 lbs by May 25
~Lose 15 lbs by June 25
~Lose 20 lbs by July 25
~Lose 25 lbs by August 25
~Lose 30 lbs by ...

Track all food everday

Short Term Goals:
Drink 64 oz. of water everyday.
Exercise for 30 minutes 6 times per week.

Medium Term Goals:
Lose at least 5 pounds every month.

Long Term Goals:
Lose 30 pounds by October 2, 2010.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
Consume 1200-1500 calories per day.

Drink 64 oz. of water everyday.

Exercise for 30 minutes 6x/week.

Focus on my short, medium and long term goals.

Hi. I am in Texas, not Iowa but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states.
