Hello my name is Nicole I am 26 yrs old and according to my BMI, I am considered obese. This was not a surprise because I knew I gained a lot the past year! I have always been fit. So this year is different, I am sooo focused and motivated right now :) I am tired of buying larger clothes and feeling depressed, it's going to STOP NOW!!! I weigh 201 now, 6 days ago I was at 209 on January 1st. I have been eating healthy and doing cardio everyday!!! My pants fit better and my fiance even said something about my waist :)))) I am so happy and I feel good. I know I can do this!!
I also have a friend doing this with me, she has 50lbs to go and I have 60. So we are motivating eachother and reminding ourselfs of bikini season!!!
I am going to be posting up pictures of my progess week by week ( every Friday till March 28th)! So I hope I can get some encouragement from this site, and I also look to give inspiration as well :)
I am very friendly so I hope yall can send me a few comments once and a while....

My number one Goal is to lose 60 pounds by March 28th!
The second is to stop smoking for good!
The third is to stay healthy for life!!
Here is my plan....
Breakfast: wheat cereal with bananas or Slimfast shake.
Snack: Nutrition Bar
Lunch: Slimfast drink, salad, soup or sandwich
Dinner: Baked fish or chicken, tuna, salad, rice, steamed veggis, or sandwich.
Snack: Yolplait Yogurt or Fruit.
Eating 6 small meals a day increases your metabolism making you burn more fat!!!
I also do cardio pilates that I bought at Wal-Mart in a kit for $25. I do that everynight, with 15 minutes nonstop abs and my fiance and I go jogging as well! (every other night)
I was born and raised in Houston, TX and I love it here!
I have a wonderful fiance who is so supportive of everything I try to do good in my life, an awesome family, and great friends :)
I am a Junior at The Art Institute of Houston for Interior Design. I took this quarter off to meet my weight loss goal. So I have about a year left!
I have no kids yet but someday i hope to :) Thats another reason for getting healthy, and I'm geting MARRIED!!!! So I have a lot to look forward too!
I love to read scary novels and I really love to watch movies, thats one thing my fiance and I have in common. I love all kids of music and i love to sing :)
I was in choir for 8 years in school. But that was about 8 yrs ago lol!
