My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight that I need to lose at a healthy rate that will help me keep it all off when I meet my final goal.

My Program:
I am currently working on cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-45 minutes and strength training 3 days a week. I currently started Turbo Jam and have found that I really enjoy the program and what I do within the program.

Just wanted to drop by and see how you were doing. Your ticker is still looking very nice, I see you've rearranged for 137, awesome! If I can ever actually get off this plateau and hit 142 I think I'll probably aim for the 130's as well. Hope you're taking care!

Thank you so much for the comment on my blog! This is actually my 2nd child..my 1st just turned 1 on Saturday, so it wasn't that long ago that I was pregnant with my first one! But, this pregnancy has been completely different than my 1st one. I got sick a few times with my 1st, but I was never nauseous all day with him like I have been with this one! I hope it passes soon! With my first one, I didn't exercise or anything the whole pregnancy so I guess doing even 30 minutes with this one is better than that!
