Ok, I'm down another 2 pounds and I think I've discovered something....eating after 8pm really does hurt you. I never thought it did because I'm a night owl and it's not uncommon for me to be up all night till like 6am or later....but, I noticed I wasn't sleeping comfortably and I was gaining weight hand over fist. I guess it seems like a no-brainer looking back, but I just never put it together. I think with the new patterns I'm forming, the weight should come off and I'll reach my goal shortly. I can't wait to reach that weight !!!!!
