You lost 4 lbs? Shut up!!! Congratulations! Keep it up! I unfortunately gained 2 - but I think I'm a little "full" if you get what I mean. Jeez, I can't believe I'm sharing that...but anyhoo. I know I need to up my water intake and keep on working out. Slowly but surely!

I might also weigh myself on Friday morning just to see if anything changes.

You are doing so great! Your meals all look so healthy and delicious. I thought the goals that this thing set for me were pretty reasonable, but I am going over every day! I think it will be easier when I'm not going out to eat with friends and family for every meal. I'm going to copy your food ideas and go on a big healthy food run when I get back to EC. Keep it up!

Seriously bizarre that we both ended up on here, but so excited for the motivation that we can each provide. I am hoping that when i add how much I kayaked today that it is tons of calories burned

Great job, Niki! I like that you're adding "Nutritional Notes" as well. I feel extremely motivated on the food side of things - I just have to get my cardio in to really take this bull by the horns. And by bull, I mean the excess fat on the back of my thighs. I was so happy to see my weight number this past Tuesday - I'm hoping to see good results this Tuesday as well. If not, that's all right...it's going to take me awhile to see results. I think I need to get some weight training in my routine to boost my metabolism. Also, did you see there's a new Biggest Loser on Hulu/NBC? I haven't watched the entire thing yet (shocker) - but dang! That purple team is inspiring! Love you!

Hey Girl!

Your day looks great! Yeah, it's surprising when you find that something is loaded with calories! For me, it isn't as much a certain thing, but at how fast the calories can add up. I can eat a bunch of fruit and a bread thing (crackers, etc) and then see that I've just consumed 200 calories!

That plane story is amazing. I can just imagine what was going through your head - "AND a candy bar?!?!" haha I'm glad it kept you strong.

I've been writing down everything I eat as well - including the little tastes of free Thai food that came into the shop yesterday. I only had a few bites of chicken, the broccoli and then a spoonful of brown rice. I kept my control! I'm going to be doing some lunges and squats soon and then it's off to the gym for some Pilates with Mau.

I can't wait to see your updates to your page! I'll have to change mine around a bit as well. Also, I weighed myself today and I'm down from the last time I checked! I had been hovering around 167-8 for a week or so...but with all that walking and the relatively good diet, I'm back down to 165.2! If I'm at that weight or lower next Tuesday, I'll get the shoes!

Keep it up girl! Miss you!!
