You are doing so great! Your meals all look so healthy and delicious. I thought the goals that this thing set for me were pretty reasonable, but I am going over every day! I think it will be easier when I'm not going out to eat with friends and family for every meal. I'm going to copy your food ideas and go on a big healthy food run when I get back to EC. Great job, Niki! I like that you're adding "Nutritional Notes" as well. I feel extremely motivated on the food side of things - I just have to get my cardio in to really take this bull by the horns. And by bull, I mean the excess fat on the back of my thighs. I was so happy to see my weight number this past Tuesday - I'm hoping to see good results this Tuesday as well. If not, that's all right...it's going to take me awhile to see results. I think I need to get some weight training in my routine to boost my metabolism. Also, did you see there's a new Biggest Loser on Hulu/NBC? I haven't watched the entire thing yet (shocker) - but dang! That purple team is inspiring! Love you! 1984 days ago
