I am here to make the most of my life. I want to be healthy, active and connected to friends and family. My Program:
I am walking and starting to add some jogging into the mix. I go to a circuit class 2 days a week to get my strength training and add variety to my cardio. My favorite workout is walking my dogs around town lake.
