I would suggest following the stages and strategies material you get during the beginning months of your Spark program. Read The Spark, the founder's book. It captures the real difference between all those diets (I got you beat on how many I tried in 40 years!) and real lifestyle change. Especially, make it gradual! Sounds like you are already applying that principle. And track everything you eat. It is very eye-opening and educational! Read the articles! Try out the exercise routines, join a Team or two, try out a Challenge and definitely read and post on these Message Boards. Be sure to offer encouragement and support to others as that will help you even more than it helps others! Get your Spark ON!
