To maintain my goal weight and continue to keep healthy eating and exercise as a part of my daily lifestyle
I lost just over 100 pounds in 2009 by working out using a combination of running on a treadmill, elliptical, and bowflex and eating between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. I now work out 5 to 6 days a week for 60 minutes a day and eat 1800 to 1900 calories a day.
Currently living in Maricopa, AZ. Originally from Washington state.
Hungry-girl.com has been an inspiration to someone who was learning to eat healthy and learning to cook at the same time.

It is first of all FUN, second it is NOT a boot camp type ... it is about adding a few extra things to your day to give you a BIG advantage in reaching your goals..... Everyone has a few minutes they can QUICK FIRE through the day. If you spend your day at a desk, take a few minutes every 2 hours to get up, get moving and get closer to a body you can be proud of. You will return to your desk refreshed, with more mental clarity and a renewed sense to continue working knowing you are closer to reaching your fitness goals.
