To maintain my goal weight and continue to keep healthy eating and exercise as a part of my daily lifestyle
I lost just over 100 pounds in 2009 by working out using a combination of running on a treadmill, elliptical, and bowflex and eating between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. I now work out 5 to 6 days a week for 60 minutes a day and eat 1800 to 1900 calories a day.
Currently living in Maricopa, AZ. Originally from Washington state.
